ESP32-S3 LoRa Wireless Communication Development Board

ESP32-S3 LoRa Wireless Communication Development Board

The ESP32-S3 LoRa Development Board is an integrated LoRa / Wi-Fi / BLE development platform, combining the ESP32-S3 MCU with the LR1121 RF transceiver. It is designed for long-range, low-power IoT applications.

The ESP32-S3-LR1121-LF is a cost-effective, high-performance microcontroller development board designed by Waveshare. It supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and BLE 5, and features 4MB Flash and 2MB PSRAM, with an integrated LoRa module.

Equipped with a variety of standard interfaces, it enables rapid development of ESP32-S3-based LoRa IoT applications. Its rich features and interfaces meet the performance and power consumption requirements of applications such as IoT devices, mobile devices, and smart home systems.

Key Features

The ESP32-S3-LR1121-XF is built around the ESP32-S3 MCU and integrates the LR1121 LoRa transceiver, delivering longer communication range, higher reliability, and improved energy efficiency compared to traditional LoRa solutions.

With LoRa modulation, the system achieves long-distance communication, strong interference resistance, and ultra-low power consumption. When paired with a LoRa gateway, it can connect to platforms such as TTN and ChirpStack, enabling cloud integration and application development.

The board supports multi-band configuration and provides rich peripheral interfaces, making it suitable for various IoT scenarios including outdoor communication, sensor networks, emergency communication, and community networking.
